Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

For handmade or made-to-order items, additional processing time may apply. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving the issue where possible. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are beyond our control.
