14 Days Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Klipon. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:​

  • Handmade or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Gift cards

These exclusions are in line with common jewelry industry practices.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

 

4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

 

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
